A La Carte Companion Services is a private duty in-home company offering professional, personalized services designed to make your life or your loved one a little easier.

How Does It Work?  Call us.  We will schedule an appointment to meet with you.  A case coordinator will conduct a free in-home evaluation of your support needs.  Once the initial assessment is completed, we will develop a specific plan for you, at no cost.

How Much Does It Cost?  Rates can vary depending on your personalized plan.  Call our office for a personal in-home assessment.  We can combine services to reach a minimum time requirement.

What Type of Payment Plan is Available?  We are a private pay service.  It has been noted that some long-term care insurance have paid for clients cost, up to 100%.  Therefore, we can assist to see if you are eligible for reimbursement. We will personally speak with your insurance representative to make this process easier for you.
