To Whom It May Concern:
Happily,
I write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Avery who has served as my personal assistant for over 4 years.
I am an Actor who has been in the business for over 30 years. I am involved in a number of
projects and sometimes have to be out of the state for 2 weeks or more.
During the time she served me, I could count
of Ms. Avery for light meals, bill paying, airline reservations, logistics on trips, house management. On a more complex level,
she has prepared flyers and brochures, negotiated light contracts and handled the many calls I received as a professional.
On a lighter note, she successfully kept my dog, a 13 year old, Belgium Tervuren, named Sheba, happy, well-fed
and exercised whenever I left town and when I am in town!
Ms. Avery has been the best Personal Assistant that I have
ever had. When I am out of the state, Ms. Avery acted as the household manager. Through her observance of the household,
she diagnosed issues and then schedules needed repair. She supervised the many weekly visits from those who routinely care
for my home.
She is also quite apt at planning and executing events. She designed and prepared all the
food for a beautiful birthday party for my closest 200 friends.
Oh, did I mention her versatility with computers
and software?
As I hit the wonderful age of 70, it was a true blessing knowing that Ms. Avery was available to ‘have
my back' so to speak. Five years later, I continue to seek the services of Ms. Avery as she expands to new heights.
But, what I suppose I like best is her understanding of the privacy that an entertainer wants. She is a model
of discretion.
Sincerely,
Bill Cobbs
